Well a splash page is just a web page that promotes something.
How do i make a Splash page?
You already have one you just don't know it, its your Profile page right here on PTCW
All you have to do is to post the banners of the sites you want to promote on your PTCW profile page then just copy the banner code below and post it into forum or sites as a signature remembering to change the banner link so that when the banner is clicked it links back to your page and so shows the programs you want sign ups for!
